We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@naturepulsed.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please note:

Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition.

Opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.
💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@naturepulsed.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
